anywayyyy kids are meant to be expressive and loud and obnoxious… but it is very exhausting and my body can only take so much. This past week was rough… didn’t have many calm moments… when the moment to be with myself came at a dear friends bridal shower ..there was a sound bath meditation …& holy shit did I release all of my emotions… goodness… it was overdue and needed…and low key embarrassing.
