This week! - Simple Goals

I'm going to begin making goals every week... Small simple goals to keep me on track. By writing them here I know I will be more motivated to actually do them.

1. Make a food plan. Begin to control my portions in food and have a good idea of what to eat everyday instead of randomly picking what to eat at the last minute. i believe this will help me save money as well.

2. Buy hubby's birthday present!

3. Run at least twice this week.

4. Work with my hair. It's been in a bun way toooo often these last few weeks!

5. Plans outfits before going to bed instead of rushing to do so in the mornings.

So every Sunday i will make this list and on Fridays I will record my progress!
